Non-EU & EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes. Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you.

All deliveries are fully insured and require a signature. Please bear this in mind when stating your delivery address. If you are not available, a failed delivery notice will be posted in your letterbox, enabling you to collect your parcel from the carrier. Delays to your delivery caused by the delivery companies used are not in our control, however, please let us know of any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.

We aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible but as all our pieces are made to order, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery within the EU and 6 - 8 weeks for delivery outside the EU.

The jewellery pieces from the core collection are eligible for refund or exchange provided that they are returned unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, the shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend ensuring the return delivery as it is the customer’s liability.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: BESPOKE PIECES + SALE ITEMS

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 14 days of receipt to let us know of the problem. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item. The faulty item will need to be returned and will be subject to inspection before we are able to offer an exchange or refund. The item should be returned using a trackable, insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged with your name, delivery address, contact number and email address inside. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

All items of Joanne Guiraud come with a 12 months guarantee. Within this period, if damage occurs under normal conditions of wear, items will be repaired free of charge (excluding shipping). We reserve the right to judge the conditions under which the piece has been damaged. After this period, goods will be repaired and charged on a case-by-case basis.
